Our History

Steve Hossan is the founder and president of The PC Guys, an IT services company based in Danbury, Connecticut. With over 20 years in the industry, Steve started The PC Guys to help local businesses get honest and reliable tech support. What began as a small repair shop has grown into a full-service managed IT provider supporting businesses across CT and NY.

Today, The PC Guys offers cybersecurity, backup, help desk, and network management with a hands-on, people-first approach. Steve’s philosophy is simple:treat people with respect, be honest, and do the job right the first time. He believes strong relationships and proactive support are what set great IT companiesapart.

The PC Guys has earned long-term client loyalty through fast response times, clear
communication, and dependable service. Clients know they can count on Steve and his team of
qualified technicians to keep their systems running and their data safe.

Outside of work, Steve’s been playing guitar since high school and even spent a few years in a punk rock band in the early 2000s. That same creativity and energy shows up in how he approaches tech — practical, passionate, and always ready to troubleshoot.

The shop is open for walk-in and drop-off services Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. The team is also available for on-site services Monday through Friday 9am-6pm.
